It is possible, among other things, to send complaints, tips and signals about financial enterprises to the FMCA via the website. The FMCA attaches great value to this. In order to be able to contact you, the FMCA asks for your personal details. However, it is also possible to report your complaint anonymously. It is possible that the FMCA also uses your e-mail address to invite you to take part in the FMCA Consumer & Panel.
