I want to make a report

Submit your report directly via our contact form. You can find more information on this page.

What happens with my report?

The FMCA investigates suspected wrongdoings and violations in the financial sector. Reports from consumers and market parties serve as important signals for the FMCA. You can submit a report via our contact form. On this page, you can read how we handle your report.

Does this firm have a license?

Through 'Check your provider' you can verify what is known to the FMCA about the company you are doing business with or intend to do business with. This way, you can see if your provider, intermediary, or advisor has a license and if there are any warnings against this company. Do not do business with a company that has been warned against. You risk being scammed and losing your money. Additionally, you can also search directly in specific registers and warning lists.

How to complain about a financial product or service

If you're unhappy with a financial product or service, you can file a complaint. On this page, you can read the steps you need to follow to file a complaint against a bank, insurer, or other financial company.

Do you want to change your license or registration? Do you want to expand or (partially) withdraw your license or registration? You can make a change yourself directly via the FMCA Portal.

How do I report an incident or wrongdoing?

The FMCA considers it important to receive reports about trends, wrongdoings, and incidents. Submit your incident report or report of the wrongdoing to the FMCA via meldingenformulier@fmca.org.uk.

You can read more about this on this page of our website.
